James Top Gallery Features Graffiti Artists

Harlem native & OG graffiti artist James Top has a gallery in the Sugar Hill district. I recently moved to the same block and we reconnected. I first met him in 2013 when he was featured in a show at ImageNation RAW SPACE. It's dope how life has crossed our paths once again (syn·chro·nic·i·ty¿). I see him sometimes as I'm coming or going and during a recent encounter he told me about an event that he was having on June 19th. I stopped by without my camera, however with an overload of beautiful images and interesting people I felt that invisible magnetic pull. I walked the few minutes back to my apartment and grabbed my trusty Canon. *Snap Snap*
